At Yeppeuda, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and a seamless shopping experience. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations in relation to refunds, returns, replacements, and exchanges, in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
A major failure occurs when:

The product is unfit for its normal purpose and cannot be easily fixed
For non-major failures, Yeppeuda may choose to provide a repair, replacement, or refund.
2. Change of Mind
Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or refunds, including:

Ordering the wrong product

No longer wanting the product

Dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or personal results

Failure to read product descriptions or ingredient lists
This applies to opened, used, or unopened products.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

4. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities
Skincare can react differently depending on your skin type. Please:

Refunds or replacements cannot be provided for allergic reactions unless the product is faulty under ACL.
5. Return Conditions (If Approved)
If a return is authorised:

Items must be returned in the condition specified

Returned items must not be used beyond what is needed to assess the issue

Any free gifts included in your order must also be returned
Failure to meet these conditions may result in your return being rejected.
6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is our fault (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), Yeppeuda will cover all reasonable return shipping costs

8. Gift Cards & Promotional Items

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

9. Orders Returned to Sender
If an order is returned due to:

Failure to collect from Australia Post within the timeframe
A refund will be issued minus shipping and return-to-sender costs incurred by Yeppeuda.
