Yeppeuda – Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yeppeuda! We aim to deliver your skincare safely, quickly, and reliably across Australia.

 

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Weekend or public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

 

2. Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options:

a) Free Meet-Up (Watergardens Shopping Centre/Joan Kirner Women's and Children's Hospital)

  • Available by prior arrangement only.

  • Orders must be collected at the agreed time.

  • Missed Meet-Ups: If you miss your scheduled collection, you can either reschedule (subject to availability) or have your order shipped via Australia Post at your cost. Refunds are not available for missed meet-ups.

b) Australia Post Standard Delivery – Flat $10 AUD

  • Ships anywhere in Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

  • Tracking provided for all parcels.

c) Australia Post Express Delivery – Flat $15 AUD

  • Faster shipping across Australia, subject to carrier availability.

  • Tracking provided for all parcels.

d) Free Metro Melbourne Delivery

  • Orders over $150 AUD within metro Melbourne are eligible.

  • Delivery times vary; free metro delivery is not guaranteed same-day.

e) Click & Collect/Pop-Up Market Pickup

  • Available at selected pop-up markets and events.

  • Locations and dates are announced on our sovial media pages and website.

  • Orders must be collected during the designated event trading hours.

  • Missed collections will require rescheduling (subject to availability) or shipment via Australia post at the customer’s cost. Refunds are not available for missed pickups.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard: 2–8 business days

  • Express: 1–4 business days

Times begin from dispatch date, not order date, and are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, peak periods, or carrier issues. Check your postcode on the Australia Post website for accurate estimates.

 

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: Contact yeppeuda.ksc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll work with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate details. Returned parcels will incur reshipping costs.

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): If no signature is selected, parcels may be left in a safe place. Once marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Undeliverable Parcels: Returned parcels are refunded minus shipping and return costs, or can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

 

5. Changes to This Policy

Yeppeuda reserves the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
